"No Escape" Is Intense!
It's safe to say that Jack Dwyer(Owen Wilson) didn't expect to be fighting for his life, shortly after relocating his entire family to Southeast Cambodia. But that's exactly what happened.
Jack Dwyer is just your average man working for a filtration company who ends up in the wrong place..at the wrong time.
It seems there's some sort of rebellion amongst the people and Jack and everything he stands for is the target of destruction.
"No Escape" takes a fast paced approach into his fight for survival, all while reminding viewers of the dangers that can occur abroad.
Pierce Brosnan(Hammond) also makes an appearance in the film, serving as light in the sea of rage within the Cambodian rebels.
But what has them so upset? Why is Jack the center of attention? And how do you evade an entire lynch mob that wants nothing more than to kill you can your entire family?
To find out, give "No Escape" a spin, it's well worth the time.
A Friend In Need Is A Friend In Deed
When everything you do matters, it always pays to have a few friends in high places. Unfortunately, "No Escape" doesn't afford Dwyer and his family such lavish accommodations.
The survival of the Dwyer family is contingent on Jack's desire to live, as well as, his ability to utilize any and every available resource within his grasp.
Bricks and crude instruments aren't beneath Jack nor his wife, as they clamor to find hope in any alleyway they can.
Sidenote: If you are planning a trip overseas, make sure you read a newspaper before you put one foot on the plane. A few weeks of due dilegence could save your life. Also, learning some basic language wouldn't hurt, just in case you get stuck in a jam like our friend here.
