Back in 1962 a documentary came out titled "Mondo Cane".

Now most of us did not see it when it came out, but more than likely came across it after viewing a few Faces Of Death or Traces of Death films.

"Mondo Cane 2" doesn't fall along the lines of it's breath-taking original, but there is still some interesting footage, along with some highly questionable imagery within the 102 minute documentary.

So Why Watch Mondo Cane?

Mondo Cane is something you watch when you want to see the taboo in the world or even just something completely out of the ordinary.

  No one watches any of the Mondo Cane films to breeze through the content, there's simply too much to ingest.

  Where else are you going to see bizarre traditions such as slamming your head into a metal door or watch people making a house out of human excrement?

  You just can't find this sort of "Shock-U-Tainment" on mainstream television or even on the net without doing a little digging.

And if you didn't know already..we dig pretty freakin deep over here..lol

  So if you're up for something a little edgy that doesn't walk the beaten path, give Mondo Cane 2 a spin. But if you want the hardcore..watch the 62' original first ;)

You won't be able to deny the existence of the darker tones within the world. There's no way you can watch this and not be thankful for the few pleasures life has afforded you even in the roughest of times.
