Jurassic World Is Really Just Jurassic Park On Steroids
Now if you were fortunate enough to be alive in 1993 then we're pretty sure you got a glimpse of John Hammond's initial attempt to bridge the link of evolution.
In Jurassic Park, he created an island full of living-breathing dinosaurs that graced the lands peacefully, until nature ran it's course. From there, two more films were created that attempted to ride on the scales of the T-Rex, but nothing rang as true as the original. Until now... Jurassic World finds dinosaur lovers back at the park with even more attractions and scientific advances to behold. The co-pilot this time around is a dino-whisperer named Owen(Chris Pratt), who is a little more adept at understanding primal instincts than his fallen predecessors. However, just like in Jurassic Park, "Nobody Listens" and man once again bites off more than he can chew. The action that ensues is fast-paced at times, but brimming with emotional cues that will captivate audiences of all ages. So yeah...you'll like it ^_^ But What If Jurassic World Actually Existed?
Would man fall to his own creation or would he evade his own destruction?
Well, if you look at Jurassic World and the few films before, it seems that we would undoubtedly fail without a question. The reason for this is because man has yet to learn that even "good science" is no replacement for a higher level of understanding. As we try to bend the rules and push the tide, we more often than not forget that we too are just cogs in the wheel of evolution. Our time on this earth is not to become gods, but only to appreciate and enjoy the gifts laid before us. This is easily overlooked as we become smarter with new technology and bolder with innovation. The more we attain, the more we lose in the grand scheme of things. It's only a matter of time before we find ourselves flying too close to the sun as Icarus once did.
