You know how they say, "Sometimes you get what you wish for"? Well, allow us to introduce you to this unique short film that shows one woman's misfortune with a bad batch of H20.
"Drink" is an interesting film from Paper Crane Productions that utilized a Kickstarter campaign to bring it's 23 minute story to the masses sometime in 2014. Well, we have watched and enjoyed the brief short and tonight, we Unhinge... "Drink" What's In The Water?
Who knows, but the better question is what was Alice thinking?
Alice(Austin Highsmith) is the main character in the story that shows a mother on the edge of her sanity struggling to raise two little boys. Now everyone knows that when it comes to raising two boys varying in age, you're going to have your hands full. But it seems that Alice's troubles began long before her sons Billy and Clint even came into the picture. The events that follow within the film show Alice seizing a fortuitous moment to reset the clock and live the life she's always dreamed of. The only question is: Will the choice she makes be the one to bring her true happiness? After Watching, "Drink"
We will definitely be on the lookout to see more unique shorts from Paper Crane.
"Drink" in itself is a small film, but as a whole it was to the point and easily captured our attention. Emily Moss Wilson did an excellent job of directing and co-writing this short piece with the pen of Larry Soileaua. We've attached the short film to our review so you can watch it below.
