  "Black Mass" is one of Johnny's best performances since he donned the pirate teeth and bad hygenie in Pirates of the Caribbean.

  This time around Johnny takes on the role of James Bulger, a cutthroat gangster with piercing blue eyes.

Depp is fierce and well into his character delivering a hardcore, yet charismatic villain that you'll love to hate.

Depp Is Mesmerizing!

Now as you can see with that "See Through Your Soul" stare, James "Whitey" Bulger was no joke!

Black Mass tells the story of how a crime lord grew bigger than anything South Boston could have ever imagined with the help of the F.B.I.

Yep, that's right the F.B freakin I! Now imagine that, a stone cold killer working hand in hand with the Federal Bureau Of Investigations.

  You see Bulger is a hustla, a shyster from way back and he knows how to play the game.
  In the news, we often hear of so-called "gangsters" getting turned out by the law, but Bulger is too smart for that, he knows how to flip the script.

  And flip the script he does! What you will witness in "Black Mass" is a portrayal of a man that is aware of his destiny, knowledgeable of his fate and capable of ruling the world!

Bang..Bang..Bang!

  Now, Bulger was no soft shoe, by any means. This guy knew what he wanted, but even more so, he knew exactly how to get it.

  Murder, manipulation and bone-chilling intimidation were just a few tools in his arsenal and Depp tapped into every one.

  Depp's performance was far from the funny ditsy Jack Sparrow in the Caribbean just look at the shades and that smug mug. That's a vision of purpose and pure clarity.

  Now the other actors within the film definitely added some zip to the zang, especially with Joel Egerton's character, John Connolly.

  John is a character that gets a little too close to the charismatic lore of Bulger and learns that the easy road up isn't always the best way down.

If you love Mafia movies and cold-blooded killers with icy eyes, Black Mass is for you!

After Watching, Black Mass...

We were more than glad that we circled back around to view this title. "Black Mass" is a film that sucks you in, slaps you up and gives you the middle finger.

You won't be able to contain your excitement as the F.B.I scrambles to catch up to the man who is always two steps ahead.
