Ignorance Is Bliss
"Bare" begins showing just how mundane and predictable life has become for young Sarah Barton(Agron).
Sarah is a woman with grand ambitions who finds herself trapped and seemingly condemned to live out the rest of her days surrounded by small time thinkers in an even smaller town.
She is desperate to break the mold and catch a glimpse of a better life when suddenly an opportunity presents itself.
This opportunity comes in the form of a woman, but not just any woman. The woman naive Sarah meets is none other than Pepper, a drugged-out hustler with a clever way of masking her own misfortunes.
Sarah becomes intrigued with Pepper's free-spirited ways and quickly gets wrapped up in a life that is adventurous, yet 180 degrees from anything she's ever known.
Now the question is, "Does Sarah have what it takes to chase freedom without losing herself at the same time?".
Not All Wolves Have Fangs
Paz de la Huerta plays the character, Pepper in this interesting story which serves as a symbol of Hope and Chaos for the naive Sarah.
It's Pepper's edgy middle finger to the law attitude that has Sarah believing that anything is possible once you decide to throw caution into the wind.
But what Sarah doesn't realize is that just because someone looks like they have it all together on the outside doesn't mean that they have the slightest clue on the inside.
Not all wolves have fangs, but as most people learn the hard way, the deepest cuts don't always bleed out.
After Watching, "Bare"...
We've got to say that we were entertained and not just because there's a bunch of drugs and strippers in the movie..lol
"Bare" actually contains a decent plot that should remind us all of the importance in not always thinking that the easiest route is the best route in any of our pursuits.
