September Isn't Ready To Fall Just Yet, It's Still Movie Time!

  Okay so last month theaters served up a few gems of action and horror with the brightest offering being Straight Outta Compton.  Now, in the month of September, there's another good mix of films being presented, but it looks as though the focus is on suspense and shock.  

  Nothing wrong with that in our opinion, in fact, let's take a look at what films we'll be watching in theaters this month...

Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials 9-18-15

  Now if you didn't watch the first Maze Runner, you'll probably want to watch it or at the very least read our review here.

  Scorch Trials looks like it's picking up where the action left off, by finding the survivors still in the game trying to unlock clues.

  Once again we see Thomas leading the charge, while all the while still knowing a little more than the rest of his camp.  But why?  Maybe a little more of this mystery man's story will be revealed in the 120+ minute presentation..guess we'll see on the 18th.

Everest 9-25-2015

  Whenever it comes to a good beard braving the frost of the winter cold, you can sign us with no questions asked..lol

  When we first saw this icy trailer, we were reminded of the intense action we witnessed in the 93' classic, Alive.  Now if you've watched "Alive", you know just how gritty and treacherous things can become when people are stranded at such high altitudes.

  "Everest" promises the viewer a breath-taking experience with just the sheer location of the film, but we're hoping that there will be a devious and slightly-off player in the camp.  We're rooting for Gyllenhaal, but only time will tell.

The Green Inferno 9-25-2015

  We waited and waited and waited and it's finally freakin here..lol

  Talk about a long overdue bloodbath right?  "The Green Inferno" is rising to the cream of the crop with this cannibalistic promise of guts and glory.

  What better way to get people excited about going to the movies again than with a group of foreigners getting their asses handed to them by some hungry locals.  

  Now, we can imagine besides the gore that there will be some sort of rhyme to the reason, but even if there isn't..we already know we will enjoy this front row center \m/
