I don't know about you, but I'm still reeling of last month's action-packed Marvel blitz! I mean we were hit with Captain America: Civil War and Xmen: Apocalypse, all in the same month. Complete Insanity.
So now as we shift into the month of sequels, let's see what magic theaters have conjured up for us. Are you ready? Let's Go... The Conjuring 2 (6-10-16)
Now, if you haven't heard by now, James Wan is nothing to play with..lol This guy knows how to direct a film and The Conjuring 2 will be no less than a treat.
It's not often that we have someone trying to single-handedly spearhead the horror front with raging success. I'm excited for this film's release for many reasons besides just Wan's awesome directing..How about Vera Farmiga's subtle sexy? Or how about Patrick Wilson's killer sideburns? You just can't make this ish up, it's going to be one helluva a scare, but in a good way. If you didn't see the first one, you can read about it >here<. Now You See Me 2 (6-10-16)
Who doesn't like magic? I mean, everyone whose anyone likes the idea of doing the impossible.
In the last, Now You See Me, our favorite magicians were cutting their chops against some of the hardest and toughest crowds around. This time, they're playing for higher stakes which have more than a few strings attached. You see that bearded guy up there in the trailer? Yeah - Harry Potter, he's in this one and it looks like he's pulling the strings or is he? There's only one way to find out. Are you going to see it? Here's the review! Independence Day: Resurgence (6-24-16)
Independence Day: Resurgence. Where do we begin?
I mean we could take it back 20 years to when the aliens blew up the white house, but no we won't go there. We'll instead start with 2016 and this amazing trailer. There's just something about an alien invasion that gets me more fired up then Jeff Goldblum turning himself into a fly. In short, it seems this will be another barrage of special effects and a bearded Bill Pullman trying to save the world again, but it's going to be Oh So Worth It. Plus, they have Charlotte Gainsbourg along for the ride this time and if you don't know who she is..allow me to show you. >Check It Out<. It's movie time folks! So what are you going to go see this month? -Unhinged Reviews-
