Movies...Movies..Movies..so many to choose from.. But this isn't necessarily a bad thing, it jsut means that you must choose your paid titles with discretion.
Gone are the days when you could go to the movies and eat a big bag of popcorn for $5, this is 2016, home of the $12 ticket and $9 dollar popcorn.
Fortunately, you have me to help guide you to the enjoyable titles you seek =) Did you see these interesting titles last month? If you didn't, let me tell you why you should...
Suicide Squad 8-5-2016
The Suicide Squad solidifies DC's effort to thwart the mighty reign of Marvel.
I mean, we're just coming off Batman VS Superman and now this amazing piece of work. The characters were just as animated as they are in picture form and don't even get me started on Harley Quinn(Muy Caliente).
The story was about a group of misfists just like the Mod Squad that were chosen to combat an opposing force. Once again, good people that did bad things are forced to perform for what the government calls "The Greater Good".
It's a bunch of political B.S, but that's a cat of another color. As, far as, Suicide Squad, the characters are all given the choice to serve or be banished for all eternity. Now of course, this manipulation is being done by one twisted ass, Amanda Waller(Viola Davis) that reminds me of that asshole Nick Fury from S.H.I.E.LD.
Any who, the criminals decide to join the party and attempt to save the world, while finding out that there still is more to life than murder and mayhem.
Excellent film, go see it now! You won't be disappointed ^_^
"Deadshot and Diablo rock the freakin screen!"
Now I don't know about you, but I didn't know that this story was one from the bible, of course with heavy dose of Hollywood dramatization.
This movie told the story of two brothers, one being a brother from another, that find themselves pitted against each other as the Roman army tries to take over Jerusalem.
Yeah, I should have known it was a bible story with village names such as Jerusalem(Go figure).
Anyway, this was a well-written story, as it has been told many times before about the death of Jesus, but mainly focusing on the beef between Judah(Huston) and Messala(Kebbell).
Of course, a few other famous names pop up in there, plus there's one helluva an epic chariot race tucked deep inside the story.
If you're a fan of Noah and Exodus: Gods and Kings, you'll like this one.
A movie like this make you want to pick up the good book and find your own truth...
